JACK is the founder and president.  He is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento with a degree in business administration with specialization in accounting.  Jack directs our litigation support services and provides services to litigators in a variety of areas, specializing in the valuation of professional practices and closely held businesses.  In addition, Jack provides business and tax consulting services for small businesses. 

DAWN is our accounting manager.  She received a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, San Diego.  She received a master’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in professional accounting from the University of Washington.  Dawn’s areas of practice include, reviews, and compilations.

WENDY is our tax manager.  She is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento with a degree in business administration/accounting.  She attended Golden Gate University where she received her master’s degree in taxation.  Wendy specializes in individual, partnership and corporate tax planning and preparation, estate and fiduciary returns.
